Audience: Government, NGOs, academia, industry and individuals in nearly 80 countries who act as the voice and advocates for older people across the globe.

Objective: To update the outdated website with a WordPress redesign, implementing new IFA branding, account registration, payments, API platform integrations, and make it more user-friendly and visually current.

Work: Revamped the entire website including content structure, made it mobile/tablet responsive and ensured that it took full advantage of best practices and SEO. Designed, developed and launched the site, including content migration, building custom functionality for account registration and memberships, payment processing, access permissions, custom integration of ExpertFile APIs, and a members only area. We also conducted staff training and provided customized training sessions.

Team: This project was completed with a team comprised of a project manager, web designer, web developers, and graphic designers.

Timeline: Approximately 3 months, project launch was delayed 1 month as the client was planning a launch event at the United Nations.

Results: Analytics did not exist prior to May 2019. The website we created launched on November 19, 2019. Since then, we’ve served over 337,216 pageviews (170,678 unique). Year over year, there has been an increase of 21.96% page views, and a decline in bounce rate of -33.39%.
