Audience: Oncology physicians, care providers, clinicians, academia, and industry service providers across the globe.

Objective: To update the outdated website with a WordPress solution, implementing a fresh and modern look, topic-based resource sections with videos, podcasts and slides, event management and registration, and member profiles leveraging custom geo-location and profile-based content to make the website more intuitive and user-friendly.

Work: Rebuilt the site from the ground up including content structure, made it mobile/tablet responsive and ensured that it took full advantage of best practices and SEO. Designed, developed and launched the site, including migrating content and extensive custom functionality in the front and backend, including the integration of member profile locations by region, GEO-location data, and areas of expertise to provide a custom content experience for users when they’ve logged in. Conducted staff training and provided customized training sessions. Retained legacy development work for payment processing and membership.

Team: This project was completed with a team comprised of a project manager, web designers, web developers, and graphic designers.

Timeline: Approximately 8 weeks. The client was so thrilled, the project launched 2-days ahead of schedule.

Results: Unfortunately, due to an NDA, we’re not able to disclose specific data. However, we can tell you that since the website launch at the start of May 2021, the website has been well received globally by its user base and internally by the staff managing and maintaining it. There has been growth in the sign ups, and feedback has been favourable regarding the new user content dashboard.
